VISION
Our lives are often filled with the many things that need to get done to meet the demands of everyday life. In the effort to keep up, it can be difficult to make time to plan for things that do not feel immediate, especially when the subjects are not particularly pleasant to think about. Even when we know we should.
The focus of my practice is to make estate planning a manageable and thoughtful process. I help my clients create and implement plans designed to protect their assets, provide for the people they care about, and make their wishes clear.
A well-designed estate plan can provide greater certainty about the future and peace of mind knowing that important decisions have already been considered and a plan is in place. My goal is to help clients take care of that planning so they can get back to the people, work, and experiences that matter to them.
ATTORNEY
Haleh Razzaghi is a California attorney whose practice focuses on trusts and estates, with an emphasis on thoughtful, individualized estate planning. She works with individuals and families to create plans that reflect their circumstances, priorities, and the people they want to protect.
Before becoming an attorney, Haleh earned both a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from San Diego State University and worked as a research scientist. She later attended California Western School of Law, where she graduated cum laude.
Her scientific background continues to influence the way she practices law. She brings a careful, analytical approach to estate planning while recognizing that the decisions involved are deeply personal. Her goal is not simply to prepare documents, but to help clients understand their choices and create plans that work in real life.
Haleh is passionate about helping people and believes that the practice of law gives her an opportunity to do so. In 2016, she received the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services.
Outside of work, Haleh enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog, as well as reading, writing, photography, music, dancing, and improv. She also enjoys singing, although she has been advised to limit that particular activity to times when she is safely out of the public's earshot.
